PPP Preparation Procedure
1. Withdraw Blood and Prepare PPP.
a. Fill PRP tubes with patient's blood.
b. Turn the tube upside down for 3-5 times, then place it in the straight position for 15-20 minutes.
2. Centrifugation.
a. Placed in a centrifuge for 10-15 minutes at speed 3000-3500rpm (room temperature 20-25℃)
b. Blood will fractionate, PPP (Platelet-Poor Plasma) will be on top of the tube
This is a one-step machine to produce PPP Bio-Fillers from Platelet-Poor Plasma (PPP) derived from the patients own blood.
Hence you'll need a PRP tube a centrifuge for preparing the PPP. Once the PPP is derived, it can be transferred to special syringes and incubated in this machine for obtaining Plasma Bio-Filler.
This machine uses precisely controlled heating and cooling system to turn PPP into Plasma Bio-Filler.
Application of PPP Bio-Gel

As you can see, there are 10 holes in the machine, so basically, all of the syringes could be used for it. Mostly 1ml, 3ml, and 5ml syringes.
As for needle gauge, it varies from treatment and patients, normally from 27G to 31G
