Dear Customer, For the frozen head, you can use it in target area before RF treatment, normally 10 to 15 minutes, patients will feel very comfortable during RF treatment if have a cooling treatment first. Therapies that use cold temperature can stimulate circulation, then followed by radio frequency, it will be much more effective than only radio frequency treatment.

Dear Ld, Thanks for your question. yes, you can use this serum for micro needling treatment. But this serum set is not for sale now, you can buy the single serum instead. It has 6 different single serums, each contains 10 ampoules.

If I would purchase the dermaglow pen would I still need the ibeauty pen for micro needeling purposes. Do the motors of both machines have same strengths and speeds. What would you recommend? Thanks, Chawa

Hi Chawa, Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, you can purchase both devices if you need them. Regarding the motors, it's not the same motor type. As you can see, the function of the two devices you mentioned is not the same. One is for injection, and one is for micro needling. The strength of Dermaglow Pen is better, but the speed is slow because it's designed for injection. And the speed of micro needling pen is much faster because it needs to create more holes to increase the efficiency.

Are there any concerns for development of gradual hearing impairment, reversible or otherwise, as a result of the tinnitus sustained during cavitation?

As for the noise, if you mean the noise in the head (tinnitus soud),  although our cavitation technology has greatly reduced the sound level, it's very hard to completely reduce it because this is normal for all ultrasound with such low frequency. So we suggest you play some music in your salon or let the customer listen to music to distract their attention. Other suggestions to avoid tinnitus noise is as follows: 1, Don't touch the probe with water. If there is water on the probe during treatment, it will cause loud noise and also heat up very quickly. 2, Use pure ultrasound gel or high quality slimming gel. Please don't use too much gel. 3, Please don't set the energy too high. Reduce the energy below level 30 if patients feels uncomfortable. The lower the energy, the lower the noise. 4, Don't move the probe too quickly. Move it slowly. Place the probe firmly on the treated area. Avoid probe rubbing on the skin frequently.

How many treatments do you get out of #1 ampoule??...do you use #1 ampoule per patient?? Do you microneedle normally or very lightly. What does MTS mean?

Hi, it contains 7 ml per ampoule. It's hard to say how many treatment can you use for 1 ampoule. You just need to spread the serums to the treatment area. Normally it can do two or 3 times for the whole face per ampoule. But it's strongly recommend use it within one month after opening. At last, MTS means microneedling therapy system.

Can you use this on your eyelids for hooded/saggy skin on upper eyelids?

It can be used around the eye, but we don't suggest you use it on the eyelids
