Yes, you can do that. Basically, the aqua injection only contains Hyaluronic Acid, however, the doctor would mix Botox, Vitamin C, PRP (Platelet-rich plasma), etc to reach different expectations for different individual customers.

Hi Alla, Thanks for your question. It's easy to clean the cartridge as it's non-invasive. You just need to swap it with cotton pad or something else with medical alcohol each time after the treatment.

Can this product be injected into the tissue? Microneedling has the use of a microneedle pen and the subcutaneous injection as with PRP. Is this suitable to inject?

To be frank, we don't recommend you use this serum to inject into the tissue, it's only recommended for micro-needling treatment

How much MHz does this device have?

It comes with 4MHz and 7MHz

The SPL Xpert 1000 IPL machine has separate filters for 530 nm and 590nm to treat pigmented and vascular lesions respectively. In the description it says they are optional, does this mean they are not included? Do they need to be purchased separately? I want those two particular filters. Thank you.

It comes with 3 filters, you can buy the extra 2 filters you mentioned if you need them. Also, you can replace the two filters with the default ones. But remember to contact us about this after you place the order

Are there any concerns for development of gradual hearing impairment, reversible or otherwise, as a result of the tinnitus sustained during cavitation?

As for the noise, if you mean the noise in the head (tinnitus soud),  although our cavitation technology has greatly reduced the sound level, it's very hard to completely reduce it because this is normal for all ultrasound with such low frequency. So we suggest you play some music in your salon or let the customer listen to music to distract their attention. Other suggestions to avoid tinnitus noise is as follows: 1, Don't touch the probe with water. If there is water on the probe during treatment, it will cause loud noise and also heat up very quickly. 2, Use pure ultrasound gel or high quality slimming gel. Please don't use too much gel. 3, Please don't set the energy too high. Reduce the energy below level 30 if patients feels uncomfortable. The lower the energy, the lower the noise. 4, Don't move the probe too quickly. Move it slowly. Place the probe firmly on the treated area. Avoid probe rubbing on the skin frequently.

Technically speaking, it's single use, especially for commercial use. But if you use it for personal, then you can reuse it for few times under high temperature sterilization each time. But we don't suggest you do that.

Hello Mindy, Technically speaking, both are OK. If you want to use solution, it's OK, but we'd like to suggest you use these kind of solution which is not too thick. You know, it will not easy to clear it up if too thick and sticky. Especially in tubes on handpieces. Most customers will choose water only, and they will spread cream or solution on treatment area instead of into bottle.
