What does the 100% guarentee on the anti-freeze membranes cover? Also, I inquired if the membrane can be used with any machine and the reply said yes, but the description says only compatibility with the machines listed below. I don't own those machines, can you please clarify?

Thanks for your question. The RF tips are not disposable, so you can use it as much time as you can. And you don't need to buy extra tips at all. The tips are designed for body, face and area around eyes, you can choose the proper tips by the size. You can clean it by a cotton pad with medical alcohol after each treatment time. As for the treatment, three times a week or twice a week is strongly recommended.

Thanks for your question. To be honest, this is a totally different machine if compared with the Ultherapy HIFU machine. But the result may be similar, this is also used for skin tightening and wrinkle removal. The temperature is around 45-65℃

Hi if I use the adjustable 9 pin needles cartridge, and adjust to a longer mm on needles.. should the needle stick out and puncture my skin before the suction/vacuum process begins. Currently I see most come to the smallest setting so pins injected into skin when vaccum occurs
