* One unit(U) of Innotox corresponds to the calculated median intraperitoneal lethal dose (LD50) in mice.
Description
Innotox is the first liquid formulation of botulinum toxin type A.
Innotox comes as a pre-mixed so the concentration of the solution is consistent. By excluding the process of mixing saline, this reduces the chance of human error and improves the dosage accuracy. As for safety, we have excluded animal sources and human serum albumin. Without involving saline reconstitution, it absolutely eliminates any chance of contamination.
Indication
1. Innotox is indicated for the treatment of benign essential blepharospasm in patients 18 years of age and above.
2. Innotox is indicated for the treatment of equinus foot deformity due to spasticity in pediatric cerebral palsy patients 2 years of age and above.
Application
To temporarily improve moderate to severe glabellar wrinkles related to eyebrow wrinkle muscle (corrugator muscle) and/or procerus muscle activity in adults aged from 20 to 65
Storage
The unopened lyophilized vial should be stored in a refrigerator (2~8℃).
