Hi Kek, Thanks for your question. Firstly, we don't recommend either cavitation or RF treatment every day. For the first month, three times a week or twice a week is suggested. Both Cavitation and RF. After that, you can reduce it to once a week for both of them. It only shows bad side effects if you used it every single day, it won't work like that way. Take it easy and keep a healthy behavior will help a lot
