Mono thread Lifting /Single Thread / Smooth Thread 

It is largely effective in facial lifting and wrinkle removal through self-stimulation of the cell. There is no interruption in a daily life even right after the procedure.In addition, there is no side effect or worries about removal operation because it will be fully dissolved In the body after 1~2 years.
This is biodegradable, biocompatible, safe and dissolves within the body.

Screw Thread (1 line)

The screw thread is more advanced stage than mono lift it is designed as screwed pairs of the mono lift thread that accelerates stronger simulation into SMAS layer and ends up forming more collagen Screw thread is thicker and stronger than fiber so the effect for lifting skin is more powerful than existing PDO.

Multi PDO/PCL thread (20 lines) / Bomb thread 

It is designed as 20 lines of the mono thread (10threads folded) that accelerates stronger stimulation into SMAS layer and ends up forming more collagen.
Multi thread is thicker and stronger than single fiber so the effect for lifting skin is more powerful than existing single thread.

Mesh PDO/PCL thread (8-strand) / Volume thread 

It is made by Braiding of 8-strand PDO Thread with a special method and is leading-edge high technology product. This product can maximize the effect of skin recovery and improvement which is POD’s original effect by creating a very wide structure with the area of skin contacts with PDO.

6D 360° Spiral COG ( Bi-directional)

In the case of a general thread without cogs like the embedded devices in the early stage, it is difficult to stimulate tissue mechanically by pulling or fixing tissues. Thus attempts to double mechanical stimulation by changing the shape of thread have been made. One of the final products of such attempts is a cogging thread that is new to us.
6D Cog is separated from 2 parts ( fixing part and support part) so that its effect can last for a longer time than other products that have no support part. Fixing part with cog is located inside of cannula, so there is no tissue damage when inserting into skin. Cogs stand by opposite direction to make bearing power in tissue very strong.

What's PDO thread?

PDO Thread Lift is the latest and revolutionary treatment for skin tightening and lifting as well as V-line lifting. These threads are made of PDO (polydioxanone) material which is similar to the threads used in surgical stitches. PDO(Polydioxanone) is very thin and fine thread. It is made of absorbable materials so naturally absorb in the skin. PDO would continuously stimulate collagen synthesis under the skin. When inserted into the skin, it acts as a "scaffold" for the skin which helps to "hold" the skin against the effects of gravity. These "mesh" of threads can also shape the face by lifting and supporting sagging structures. The threads are absorbable and therefore will be reabsorbed in 4-6 months time leaving nothing behind but the skin structure created which continues to hold for another 15-24 months.

What's Thread lifting PCL?

PCL, polycaprolactone, also known as Vitamin Thread, is one of the safest material for bioresorbable medical devices with CE and FDA approval for several decades. It has been used for various medical purposes such as sutures and medical implants.
PCL has a very long maintenance period and is excellent in collagen regeneration. Unlike PLLA, it does not wrinkle or break easily due to its soft material.  The slow rate of degradation of such threads also makes it a good material to deliver Vitamin C at an expected rate to the surrounding tissues. Vitamin C is proven for preventing pigment formation, lightening pigments that have formed and has anti-aging effects ( prevents the formation of free oxygen radicals generated by UV rays). It is also very potent at stimulating collagen production. Once dissolved, the material breaks down into carbon dioxide and water, and is fast becoming the latest in-thing for dark eye circles reduction. Even after the thread has dissolved, collagen production can last for up to one more year.

Mechanism of PCL thread Lift. 

1. When a foreign material such as PCL is injected into the tissue, normal healing starts within 2 hours of injection as part of the body’s normal healing process as an initial inflammatory phase. 
2. PCL microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen: To eliminate foreign material, the microparticles will become encapsulated by fibroblasts, producing collagen capsules around the particles.
3. Over time PCL microspheres are bioresorbed, completely decomposed into CO2 and H2o and removed from the body.  However, collagen formed around  PCL microspheres continue to give volumizing effect after PCL microspheres are biodegraded.

What's PLLA Thread?

Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA – same as the filler known as Sculptra), another material often chosen for surgical sutures, is even more effective at simulating collagen production with a thread lifetime of more than two years. PLLA is naturally found in the body and has been approved by the US FDA for use as a filler component Biodegradable (into CO2 and H2O). Once dissolved, the material breaks down into lactate, glucose, carbon dioxide and water, and has become one of the commonly used materials by advanced threadlift doctors for treatment. Even after the thread has dissolved, collagen production can last for up to one more year.

Sharp Needle
The sharp needle is the commonly used barbed thread inserted into a sharp needle. Unlike cannula type threads. it does not need a complicated procedure such as punching. The procedure is quite simple but is often accompanied by pain and bleeding.
L-type Blunt Cannula 
It minimizes bleeding, pain, and bruise and is mostly used is mostly used for facial and forehead lifting purposes. L-type blunt cannula is a hybrid-form between sharp needle and
cannula- It is relatively inexpensive compared to cannula while it gives the advantage of cannula at certain level. t is able to give relatively result by reducing
bleeding and pain during the procedure.
W-type Blunt Cannula 
It is used to minimize damage to blood vessels in sensitive areas or creases around the eyes. Since the end of cannula needle is round shaped. There is little tissue damage in the process of inserting into skin. Thus, the procedure is almost no pain and bleeding and even after the procedure. it is possible to minimize bruise and in recovery period.
Bullet-type Blunt Cannula 
It minimizes bleeding, pain, and bruise and is mostly used when using thick suture thread. Bullet-type is the newest innovations of the blunt cannula. It greatly reduces bleeding and pain, while maintaining smooth operation.

Operation technique

Post-treatment

You will see the outcome of procedure on the day. When collagen will continuously being made vigorous in about couple of weeks, effects of skin tightening, whitening, anti-wrinkle and lifting will be getting better gradually.
Edema
You will have edema on the day of treatment. After 1day from treatment, edema will be disappeared immediately. Edema may remain 1~2 days depending on individual skin condition and state of blood circulation.
Needle marks
Needle marks caused by lifting treatment will be almost disappeared usually in 2~3 days.
Bruises
You may have small bruises if you take medication of aspirin, omega-3, gingko leaf extraction. However, bruises will disappear in 5~7days. In case of badly, bruises(treatment of crow’s feet ) will remain about 2 weeks until disappeared.
Feeling of pulling faces
This procedure designed for making V-line, anti-wrinkle and face lifting that’s why this procedure may make you feel pulling faces. However feeling of pulling faces will decreasing after about1~2 days.

In case of procedure to reduce muscle, you may feel flinch once or twice in a week.
If you have inserted threads close to skin to improve the appearance of fine lines, you may feel touching threads.
