Dear Richard, Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, it can be used under eye, the needle length we suggested is 0.25mm for micro needling. You can also use nano needle tips for these area around the eyes, it's more safe.

Each cartridge has 10,000shots. The hifu cartridge is safe to treat different patients. The software will show the number of shots it has been used. It will alter you once it reached the limit.

Can we use it with electro mesotherapy with no needle?

Yes, you can use the Facial Firming Repair Ampoule with electroporation (electro-mesotherapy without needles). Since the ampoule is designed for microneedling, it should have a suitable molecular structure for transdermal absorption. Electroporation temporarily increases skin permeability, allowing the active ingredients to penetrate deeper without needles. However, the result may not be as good as the micro needling treatment, so we'd like to recommend you use it with a micro needling device.

Hi Pamela, Thanks for your question. Our pen definitely goes up and down to penetrate into skin. But it's hard to say by naked eyes because the needle speed is super fast. Hi, it contains 7 ml per ampoule. It's hard to say how many treatment can you use for 1 ampoule. You just need to spread the serums to the treatment area. Normally it can do two or 3 times for the whole face per ampoule. But it's strongly recommend use it within one month after opening. At last, MTS means microneedling therapy system.

We don't recommend that. A 3-5mm needle is recommended. Injection depth 5mm， Injection amount 0.1~0.2cc, Injection interval 1cm. It shows the result after 1st treatment, but if side effects occur, additional injection could be done.
