How deep does energy penetrate into the skin? If it depends on the energy range, then what is the range that it penetrates? What is the difference between between a RF of 1 MHz and 3MHz. The higher RF frequency, the shorter the penetration depth. So 1MHz will go deeper than 3MHz. It's hard to say which one is better if not mention the skin situation and which treatment you want.
