Introduction of YVOIRE Hyaluronic Acid Fillers
YVOIRE is a hyaluronic acid filler that is made from non-animal substances and has been approved and certified for its safety. Its high molecular weight HA has been approved by the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines and US FDA filed. Since hyaluronic acid already exists in our bodies, which becomes absorbed over time, there is a very low risk of an allergic reaction.
YVOIRE products act effectively on any skin type by rejuvenating into the skin dermis. All of us face a range of problems, such as premature ageing, environmental hazards and the stress of modern life. YVOIRE activates the skin's metabolism to prevent the signs of ageing. YVOIRE Classic is a dermal filler consisting of cross-linked hyaluronic acid and it is used for fine lines and wrinkle correction. It can also be used for volumising skin against ageing and the augmentation of lips. Typically, it is injected into the mid to deep dermis of the skin. The best treatment areas include glabella lines, tear trough, crow’s feet, barcode lines and the upper eyelids.

Possible side effects
Although they are often minuscule, adverse reactions may occur in patients treated with Yvoire. However, they usually heal themselves up to a week after the injection. With this in mind, it is important to ensure that any issues persisting longer than a week must be treated by a physician.
How to store it
This filler should be stored between 2 and 25°C in a hermetic container and kept away from light.
Shelf Life
Please note that this product has a shelf life of 17 months, and should not be used after this time has passed.

1. Is the treatment painful?
Some people may experience mild discomfort during treatment. Many YVOIRE products contain an integrated local anesthetic known as lidocaine, to provide you with a more comfortable treatment experience. Further, YVOIRE comes with special needles for easy skin penetration. You and your practitioner may decide whether additional pain relief is needed.
2. Can I have a YVOIRE treatment?
Ask your practitioner if you will benefit from using any of the products in the YVOIRE range. It is important to share your complete medical history with your practitioner, including all medicines that you are taking, any present and past allergies and their seriousness, and all current or past medical conditions you have had. Your clinician will discuss any potential adverse reaction to the injection of YVOIRE and how serious the reaction could be. You should also inform your practitioner if you have received previous aesthetic treatments, either surgical or non-surgical.
3. Who should not have an YVOIRE treatment?
Patients with known allergy to hyaluronic acid-based products should not receive the treatment. YVOIRE is also unsuitable for patients with bleeding disorders or active skin diseases such as inflammation, infection or tumors in or near the area to be treated. Discuss contraindications, warnings and precautions with your medical practitioner before taking the YVOIRE treatment.
4. Can I have a YVOIRE treatment if I am pregnant?
These products have not been tested for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
5. What should I apply or avoid after the treatment?
Avoid applying make-up to the treated area immediately after treatment.
-Light cover-up may be used to conceal any remaining redness after approximately 24 hours.
-A yellow-toned concealer may be used to hide any minor bruises. -In order to cover up any redness, a concealer with a slight green/yellow tone is recommended.
6. How long do the effects of the treatment last?
YVOIRE is a non-permanent injectable product, so the effect gradually diminishes with time. The longevity of the products may differ according to the treatment area, the patient and the clinician’s capabilities.
7. What are the possible side effects?
The most common adverse events include reactions such as swelling, bruising, redness, pain or tenderness at the treatment site. These adverse events generally disappear within one week after injection. Dermal filler injections may induce other potential side effects. You are advised to discuss the potential treatment risks with your healthcare practitioner.
