Introduction

The lidocaine-infused DermArcane (Grey) Implant improves cheekbone, chin, and forehead proportions and contours. It is also very effective in reducing deep wrinkles and lines. This filler is safe for numerous areas of the face and is designed to be used subcutaneously. Its 1.1 ml fill volume and 24 mg/ml concentration of hyaluronic acid provide a smooth and comfortable administration.

What is in the box?

  • 1 x 1.1ml , which contains 24mg of HA concentration and 0.3% lidocaine
  • 2 x 25G½ needles

DermArcane Dermal Filler must not be used in:

  1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  2. People under age of 18
  3. Patients who are known to demonstrate hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid.
  4. Patients who are known to demonstrate hypersensitivity to lidocaine
  5. Patients who tend to develop hypertrophic scarring.
  6. Immediately before or post laser therapy, chemical peeling or derma-brasion.
  7. Areas presenting cutaneous inflammation or signs of infection.

    Can it be used with a Hyaluron Pen? Not recommended. The Hyaluron Pen delivers products into the skin using pressure instead of a needle. While it works okay for some hyaluronic acid fillers, it is not suitable for AMI Eyes because: Polynucleotides need precise depth and placement (usually intradermal or subdermal) to be effective. The Hyaluron Pen lacks that precision. The risk of product wastage, bruising, or uneven results increases. You may not get the intended biostimulation effects. Recommended method: Microneedling, mesotherapy, or injection using a fine needle (e.g., 30–33G) under professional guidance is the safest and most effective method to apply AMI Eyes.

    The technologies and functions are same, the mainly difference between Ultraslim II and Ultralipo II is as following: 1. Ultralipo II only has one vacuum function handpiece for body treatment which Ultraslim II has two for both face and body. 2. Ultralipo II has a multipolar RF for body and vacuum tripolar RF handpiece for body which Ultraslim II only has one vaccuum mulitpolar RF for body. 3. Ultraslim II looks smaller than Ultralipo II, but Ultraslim II has machine trolley for optional choice. Regarding cavitation frequency, both are fixed 40KHz± 2Hz.
