Description
Kaimax is the original botulinum toxin strain from the European National Institute and is a high purity product with low immunogenicity risk, compliant with cGMP (FDA, EMA) standards for safe and quick improvement of skin condition and wrinkles and treatment of larger muscles.

- Active ingredient: Clostridium botulinum toxin type A 200 units(U) (Korean Minimum Requirement for Biopharmaceutical Product)
- Stabilizer: Human serum albumin 1.0mg (Korean Minimum Requirement for Biopharmaceutical Product)
- Isotonic agent: Sodium chloride (USP) 1.8mg
What is the content of package?
In the package, you’ll find a glass ampoule containing pressurized powder. Although the ampoule may seem empty, dilute the powder with saline before use. For 100 units, add 2.5 ml of saline; for 200 units, add 5 ml of saline.

Kaimax (Botulinum Toxin Type A Injection) is indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with ripple and / or transverse muscle activity in adult patients 19 to 65 years of age.

Results can often be seen after 5~14 days, and can last up to 4 months.
Reconstitution and Dilution Technique
- Using an appropriate syringe, draw nonpreserved sterile saline (see dilution table below). 0.9% Sodium Chloride is the recommended diluent.
- Insert the needle and slowly inject the saline into the NABOTA vial in which a vacuum is present.
- Inject slowly and avoid forming bubbles.
- Gently mix lyophilized NABOTA until it is completely clear and no particles are visible.
- Record the date and time of reconstitution. The solution should be administered within 24 hours after reconstitution.
- Reconstituted products should be stored in a refrigerator (2~8℃).

Temporary improvement of forehead lines associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients between 20 to 65 years old
Upper limb spasticity after stroke in adult patients above 18 years old

Basically, both of them are aimed for the same result, so we don't recommend you use both on the same treatment on the same day. But there is a treatment interval, for example, HIFU will need to be repeated 6 to 12 months apart after the initial treatment. Micro-needling RF interval could be 4 weeks, so you can do treatments based on the interval. For example, micro-needling treatment first, after 2 weeks of recovery, then HIFU treatment, and two weeks later, the second treatment of micro-needling RF, half a year, second HIFU treatment. -
