Introduction of Selastin Exo Plus
Selastin Exo Plus is a new revolutionary mesotherapy solution that radically improves dermal regeneration, promotes collagen production, reduces redness and irritation, and significantly slows down aging, leading to smoother, firmer, and more youthful skin. Key components: EXOSOME, PDRN, CICA, and GROWTH FACTOR PEPTIDES. Due to their well-known synergistic effect, Selastin Exo Plus noticeably improves overall skin glow, calms irritated skin, reduces pore size, improves skin elasticity, and fades away fine lines and wrinkles! It’s a highly effective skin treatment that provides FUNDAMENTAL improvement of the skin in no time!
How it works
PDRN promotes the growth and activity of fibroblasts while an exosome acts as a messenger for skin cells. Combined they turbo-charge the skin regeneration process on a cellular level. Exosomes are responsible for intracellular communication, which is made possible when they merge with other cells and release information into the old cells that they need to rejuvenate, regenerate, and improve. At the same time, PDRN has already started growing fibroblasts at an increased rate.
Benefits of EXOsome
- Noticeable calming and redness reduction.
- Acne, scarring improvement – due to its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.
- Regeneration of damaged skin – radically rebuilds skin barrier.
- Visible improvement in skin texture and pore size.
- Fine lines and wrinkles are reduced due to the increased volumes of new collagen and elastin.
- Superior hydration – fixes dryness and dullness by boosting skin moisture levels and helping it retain water for a refreshed dewy finish that instantly gives a glowing complexion.
- Glowing complexion – skin radiance is achieved by the activation of cells.
- Collagen production – it stimulates fibroblasts to promote collagen production at a fast pace.
- Pigmentation reduction – revitalizes blemished skin and evens out skin tone.
- Firmer, more supple skin–formula components increase collagen and elastin production to improve elasticity and address signs of sagging.

Hi, do I have to finish 1 vial at one go for topical application?
Question submitted by: Sheryl on: 2024-11-05 16:30:08
For the topical application of Selastin Exo Plus, it's typically recommended to use the entire vial within a single session for maximum effectiveness. Since the formulation is designed to deliver concentrated active ingredients, applying the full vial at once ensures even absorption and better results.

What is the treatment protocol?
Question submitted by: cris on: 2024-09-11 14:18:52
Selastin Exo Plus is a skin rejuvenation product used in aesthetic treatments to improve skin texture, elasticity, and overall appearance. It usually contains a mix of growth factors, peptides, and exosomes, which help promote skin regeneration and repair.
Here’s a general treatment protocol for Selastin Exo Plus:
Treatment Protocol
Preparation:
Cleanse the treatment area thoroughly to remove makeup, oils, and impurities.
Disinfect the skin with an antiseptic solution, such as alcohol or chlorhexidine.
Application Method:
Microneedling: Apply the Selastin Exo Plus serum during or after microneedling. Use a microneedling device (usually 0.25mm to 1mm depth, depending on the area being treated). This method allows better absorption of the product through micro-channels created in the skin.
Meso-Injection: Selastin Exo Plus can also be injected into the dermis using mesotherapy techniques. Microinjections are usually spaced 1–2 cm apart, ensuring even distribution across the treatment area.
Topical Application: If used topically, it can be applied after laser treatments or chemical peels, as it helps calm the skin and enhances the healing process.
Post-Care:
After the treatment, apply a calming mask or post-treatment cream to reduce irritation and redness.
Avoid sun exposure for a few days and apply broad-spectrum sunscreen regularly.
Advise the patient to avoid using active ingredients like retinol or strong exfoliants for a few days post-treatment.
Treatment Frequency:
For optimal results, treatments are often performed in a series of 3 to 6 sessions, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, depending on the patient’s skin condition and goals.
Aftercare:
Instruct the patient to follow a simple skincare routine with gentle cleansers and moisturizers for the first 48 hours.
Regularly apply SPF to protect the skin from sun damage.
The specifics of the protocol may vary depending on the patient’s skin type, concerns, and the practitioner’s preferences.
