Description

Toxta 100U Type A injectable botulinum toxin from Korea is distinguished by its high level of purity and shown effectiveness. By successfully stopping the impulses that produce muscle contraction, this reasonably priced rejuvenating treatment helps you swiftly and safely eliminate wrinkles and creases, even those that are deeply etched.

Upon injection into the muscle, the toxin blocks signals that cause the muscle to move. This injected muscle can no longer contract, which helps wrinkles caused by movement to relax and soften and prevents new ones from forming. Results can often be seen after 5~14 days and can last up to 4 months.

• Stabilizer: Human serum albumin 0.5mg (Korean Minimum Requirement for Biopharmaceutical Product) 
• Isotonic agent: Sodium chloride (USP) 0.9mg

What is the content of TOXTA package?

In the package, you’ll find a glass ampoule containing pressurized powder. Although the ampoule may seem empty, dilute the powder with saline before use. For 100 units, add 2.5 ml of saline; for 200 units, add 5 ml of saline.

Application Areas

Toxta is a highly purified form of Botox, allowing for fewer units per treatment area due to its high concentration. It is recommended to start with minimal units per area, with the option for touch-up treatments if more reduction in movement is desired after the initial session.

• Eyebrow Lift: 4-10 units per side
• Forehead Lines: 20-60 units
• Glabellar Lines: 20-60 units
• Crow’s Feet: 6-12 units per side
• Dimpled Chin: 4-10 units
• Nasolabial Lines: 4-10 units per side

Reconstitution and Dilution Technique

1. Using an appropriate syringe, draw nonpreserved sterile saline (see dilution table below). 0.9% Sodium Chloride is the recommended diluent.
2. Insert the needle and slowly inject the saline into the NABOTA vial in which a vacuum is present.
3. Inject slowly and avoid forming bubbles.
4. Gently mix lyophilized NABOTA until it is completely clear and no particles are visible.
5. Record the date and time of reconstitution. The solution should be administered within 24 hours after reconstitution.
6. Reconstituted products should be stored in a refrigerator (2~8℃).

Temporary improvement of forehead lines associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients between 20 to 65 years old

Upper limb spasticity after stroke in adult patients above 18 years old
